Your responsibilities
As a Senior ERP Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing complex financial processes at clients and translating their requirements into high-quality solutions within NetSuite. Working alongside your colleagues, you will be involved in the entire implementation process of NetSuite for our clients, from inception to launch. In addition to your substantive role, you will also be responsible for guiding, coaching, and facilitating the individual development of your colleagues within the project.
Your tasks will include, among others:
- Configuring NetSuite according to the customer’s needs, at functional, tactical, and strategic levels;
- Communicating progress updates with stakeholders throughout the project;
- Providing both solicited and unsolicited advice to clients on the use and optimization of NetSuite;
- Offering post-implementation support after the NetSuite go-live;
- Assisting with complex inquiries from second and third-line support;
- Acting as a sparring partner for both colleagues and clients.

What do we expect from you?
We expect you to have:
- Strong knowledge of business processes, particularly in finance;
- Demonstrable work experience with financial processes;
- At least five years of experience in implementing ERP systems;
- At least a HBO (higher vocational education) level of education and thinking;
- Affinity with IT systems and automation, with experience in HTML being advantageous;
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English;
- Proactivity, strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a solution-oriented approach.
While experience with Oracle-NetSuite is highly desirable, familiarity with other ERP systems such as Oracle e-business, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics also provides a solid foundation for this role. As a new employee at Rsult, you will undergo an onboarding program tailored to your experience, focusing on building technical knowledge and developing the necessary soft skills for the consultant role.
