Functional Consultant NetSuite 🇨🇿 (40 hours per week)

About the job

By using your broad knowledge of ERP systems, insights and your communication skills, you are able to analyze complicated situations. Based on this analysis you are able to ask the right questions and translate customer demands into qualitative solutions within NetSuite.

Together with your colleagues, you will work from start to go-live of the implementation of NetSuite projects for our customers. In addition to the substantive role within these projects, you are responsible for managing, coaching and supervising the individual development of your colleagues.

Your job also includes:

• The (co-)design of NetSuite in accordance with customer demands, on a functional, tactical and strategic level;
• Communicating with stakeholders regarding progress of the project;
• Solicited and unsolicited advising of customers about daily use and optimalization opporutnities of NetSuite;
• Providing aftercare after the go-live;
• Providing assistance on complex questions of second- and third line support;
• To brainstorm with both colleagues and customers;
• Monitoring uniformity and standardization.

What we expect from you

• Good knowledge of business processes, financial, logistics and / or business administration;
• A completed financial education or proven financial work experience is a plus;
• At least five years of experience in implementing ERP systems;
• Several years of experience with NetSuite is a plus;
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
• Affinity with IT systems and automation, experience with HTML is a plus;
• Fluent in Dutch and English;
• You are proactive, persuasive and you like to work solution-oriented.

Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is a big plus. You start with an onboarding program, aimed at both your technical knowledge and the development of the necessary soft skills for the role as a consultant. Onboarding mostly consists of learning on the job, under the supervision of a buddy and is complemented by offering (online) courses.
