What will you be doing?
With your extensive knowledge of ERP systems, insight, and communication skills, you can analyze complex situations, ask the right questions, and translate client needs into quality solutions within NetSuite.
Together with your colleagues, you will work on the implementation of NetSuite for our clients from start to go-live. In addition to your substantive role, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and guiding the individual development of your colleagues within the project.
Your tasks will include:
- Configuring NetSuite according to the client’s needs at functional, tactical, and strategic levels;
- Communicating with stakeholders about project progress;
- Providing solicited and unsolicited advice to clients on the use and optimization of NetSuite;
- Providing post-go-live support for NetSuite;
- Assisting with complex second and third-line support queries;
- Acting as a sparring partner for colleagues and clients;
- Ensuring uniformity and standardization.

What do we expect from you?
- Good knowledge of business processes, financial, logistical, and/or business management;
- At least five years of client experience with implementing ERP systems, preferably NetSuite;
- HBO working and thinking level;
- Affinity with IT systems and automation; experience with HTML is a plus;
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English;
- Proactive, persuasive, and solution-oriented mindset.
While experience with Oracle-NetSuite is highly desirable, familiarity with other ERP systems such as Oracle e-business, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics also provides a solid foundation for this role. As a new employee at Rsult, you will undergo an onboarding program tailored to your experience, focusing on building technical knowledge and developing the necessary soft skills for the consultant role.
