What will you be doing?
As a Corporate Recruiter, you are responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to support the expansion of our international teams. You will be involved in the entire process, from drafting job descriptions to hiring the right candidates. You will recruit new employees for Rsult and its affiliated companies, making you one of the driving forces behind the organization’s accelerated growth plans for the coming years.

In addition to recruitment, you will collaborate with HR and Marketing to strengthen the organization’s Employer Branding.

This is a new role within the organization, giving you the freedom to develop processes, define the role, and set up projects from scratch.

- A one-year contract, with the intention to extend to a permanent position upon good performance;
- A gross monthly salary between €3.500 and €4.500 based on a full-time contract, depending on age, knowledge, and experience;

What do we expect from you?
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work and thinking level;
- At least five years of experience in recruitment;
- Affinity with candidates working in ERP, Finance, and IT;
- An entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset;
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
Who we are?
We are Datar Investments BV, a group of innovative and fast-growing companies, including Rsult. Through our diverse entities, we help clients create long-term value with various software solutions. Our services range from implementing, developing, and maintaining Oracle NetSuite ERP to providing Power BI expertise and optimizing processes around cloud applications. We currently operate in the Netherlands (Eindhoven, Groningen, and Amersfoort), the United Kingdom, Czech Republic, France, Portugal, and South Africa.

You will be part of the HR team, which currently consists of one HR Manager and one HR Officer. In this role, you will work closely with local Hiring Managers from the entities you are recruiting for. Our organization is characterized by drive, ambition, and short communication lines. Your main workplace will be our office in Eindhoven city center, but of course, there is also an option to work remotely part of the week.
