Why was NetSuite selected for an integration with GoCardless?

“Yes, across all areas. Previously, our customers using NetSuite had to manually manage direct debit mandates, trigger payments, and reconcile data between GoCardless and NetSuite. Now, all of this is automated within NetSuite, giving them greater control and real-time visibility.”

Can you share 1–2 concrete business improvements?

“A smoother experience for our existing customers using NetSuite, who no longer need to manage payments across multiple systems.

The ability to offer a pre-built NetSuite integration has strengthened our product offering and attracted new customers.”

What were the most difficult aspects of the project?
